I (Emma) work in waste management consultancy and Beth is a junior doctor in Bradford. Our other housemate (Alex, paralegal) is moving out in Sept and her room will be taken by Matty - he’s a surveyor.
The current room’s tenant is moving out early, and so we are seeking another professional who ideally works an office job as there is limited space in the room for a desk.
Beth and I both moved to Leeds last year and have made Chapel Allerton our home.
The entire ground floor of the house is dedicated to communal spaces with a large living room and separate open plan dining room / kitchen that even comes with a piano!!
It’s also super close to Lidl, Aldi and the high street, with bus stops really close by.
We are advertising a room on the third floor (£495 ppm).
