Flatmate wanted for 2 bed flat

Looking for a flatmate for a 2 bed 1 bath flat in Chapel Allerton.

Rent is 583 a month including bills and council tax, contract is monthly rolling. It's a 2 bed 1 bath flat, 10 minute walk to the nearest shop (Lidl), 15 minutes walk to centre of Chapel Allerton and 10 minute walk to the bus stop to town.

The flat is on the top floor and there is a lift but there are 13 steps between the bedrooms and bathroom on the bottom floor and the kitchen and living room upstairs. I work from home 2-3x times a week, there's a second desk upstairs if you also wfh (that can be removed if you have your own desk). The bedroom is unfurnished but can come with a double bed frame and curtains if wanted. There is a car park with parking available, sadly no pets allowed.

I'm a 26 year old professional who works in a museum, I enjoy crafting, gaming, reading and the occasional night out. I'm veggie but don't mind living with people who aren't.
