Beautiful Double Room with En suite in Chapel A.

Lovely double room with ensuite on top floor of this Chapel Allerton house. The room has a double bed, (Black double frame (not shown in photo ), double wardrobe and shelves. The bed frame also has space for storage underneath. The window looks out onto the garden and has the best sunset views, there is also the porch that I often sit on which can act as a little balcony.
The bathroom has just been refurbished and consists of a shower, toilet and sink.

Due to a change in circumstances I am unable to afford this house. I am very sad to be leaving as this house is truly wonderful.
My housemate is also moving out, so 2 rooms available if looking for more than one room.
It has a big kitchen and living room, with a huge garden.

This is such a rare find for this area. You're a short walk from Chapel Allerton centre (15 mins) and also in walking distance to Meanwood (25 mins) . Bus stops nearby serve popular bus routes into and from Leeds, We live on the 91 bus route and 7.

The house has 4 large bedrooms in total, a big open plan kitchen/dining room/living room, a HUGE back garden with rear access onto a footpath/track, 1 off road parking space at the front and also one at the bottom of the back garden, further on street parking, 2 toilets, 1 separate shower over bath. My room has an en suite so the shower is shared between the other 3 remaining rooms.

Over the past year we have been living communally, cooking meals together and sharing food shops, holding regular house meetings and generally enjoying each other's company. Myself and another housemate are in the process of leaving so this may change with new people coming in, but either way it is very much a lovely, friendly, accepting vibe with the best humans.

One of the current housemates has a dog, however we are not allowed any more pets sadly, sorry.
