A lovely room is available in a charming two-bed terraced house right in the heart of Chapel Allerton – one of North Leeds’ most vibrant and sought-after areas.

The room is bright and airy, with a large window that lets in plenty of natural light. It comes fully furnished with a comfy double bed, clothes hanger and desk (which will have a shelf above in the next couple of weeks...) – ready for you to move in and make your own.

The house itself has a cosy living room with a smart TV, a modern kitchen with all the essentials (including a washing machine, but not dryer and small dish washer), and a clean, well-kept bathroom with a shower and a bath. There’s also a small back yard with outdoor seating and a washing line – perfect for a morning coffee or summer BBQ.

There is no basement, just a large cupboard in the kitchen, so most of your stuff would have to fit in the bedroom itself.

Located just a short walk from Chapel Allerton’s buzzing bars, cafes, restaurants and independent shops, and only 15 minutes by bus to Leeds city centre. There’s plenty of on-street parking and secure outdoor bike storage too (I have one bike inside and one bike outside, there is room in the bike storage for one more bike).

You’ll be sharing with a Doctor in their 30s who values a clean, relaxed and friendly home environment. I work shifts including night shifts so you would need to be okay with being quiet in the day on one weekend a month and midweek once a month.

I'm a pretty chill guy who enjoys going cycling, running, gym and just chilling out after work. I don't have parties at my house etc, but do have friends round occasionally especially in summer for BBQs. I'm not 100% sure about renting the room just testing the ad. The person would have to be reasonably flexible to move in and move out, I would give you plenty of notice about both essentially.
