Large quiet bright upstairs room

The room takes up the whole upper floor of the house. It has a double bed, writing desk, armchairs, chests of drawers and a hanging space. It has a dormer window at the front with a view over Chapel Allerton and Leeds. It has a velux window opening over the garden. Both have blackout blinds.
You would share the kitchen, bathroom and dining area with me. The garden has many trees and is delightful in all weathers.
One storage cupboard in the kitchen would be for you and you are welcome to share all the kitchen equipment if you like.
The stairs only go to the room, so you would have total privacy.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet which both of us would use. I am flexible as to timing.
I have a very friendly Jack Russell called Dorothy who makes a fuss of everyone. I think she will instantly be your best friend!
