Double bedroom in a house share - chapel allerton

Looking for one new female housemate to come and take over my tenancy in our lovely two floor, three bedroom flat in Chapel Allerton. My purchased flat has become ready sooner than expected so sadly have to move out early :( the flat is available for the remainder of my 2 month tenancy minimum (until 31st June) with option to sign 6 month tenancy after this. Following 6 month tenancy’s, the landlord is flexible with rolling monthly contracts.

The room available is fully furnished with a comfy double bed, wardrobe and two chest of drawers. It’s a really lovely room which gets a lot of sunshine during the day 🌞

The flat is split across two floors with the three bedrooms, kitchen and shower room downstairs. The large living/dining room and bathroom are upstairs. The two bathrooms come in handy if you are all wanting to get ready at the same time and the living room is great for hosting!

So a bit about the flat… we all met on SpareRoom and enjoy an evening in front of the telly, a drink on the weekend or a coffee and chat so are looking for someone who likes to socialise too.

We all work full time in Leeds, a mix of home and office based. Theres space to work from home if needed.

We're very tidy and love to keep the flat nice so it's really important we find someone who is clean and tidy.

The flat is in Chapel Allerton, a 5 min walk to cafes/shops/pub/bars and is only 2 min walk to buses into city centre 10min (2miles).
