So this is suitable ONLY for SHORT TERM interest on a rolling monthly basis.

I'm looking for one or two professional people that will be interested in short term accommodation. Non smoking. No pets. Not suitable for students. Couples welcome.

I'm a live out landlord but will require access for viewings etc.

My house is in central Chapel Allerton and I'm only offering two rooms maximum for people that might be interested in short term accommodation.

So there will be a maximum of two housemates sharing.

All bills are included.

The house is furnished throughout with two reception rooms, kitchen, bathroom and office space.
Kitchen has most things you'll need including washing machine, dishwasher, microwave fridge freezer. Various pots, pans utensils etc.

The house is very clean and tidy ready for viewings and so will expect any applicants to be clean and tidy and considerate of upcoming viewings.
