One double room available in 3 bed house

Hello :) I’m looking for someone to replace me in this 3 bed house in the Methleys (Chapel Allerton) as I’m moving out this winter.

The bedroom is on the first floor and has a double bed, two wardrobes, one large chest of drawers and one bedside set of drawers. It could also fit a desk and chair if you needed to work from home.

The house has a large kitchen dining area, as well as a sizeable living room. There’s a large fridge freezer, a washing machine and a dishwasher.

The bathroom has a shower and a separate large bathtub. There’s also storage space in the bathroom should you need it.

The location is fab - coffee shops, bars, pubs and supermarkets (Lidl, Aldi, Co op) are all within 5 minutes walking distance of the house. There's also plenty of on street parking space. There's a bus stop about a 2 minute walk away and the bus gets you into the city centre in about 15-20 minutes. There's also lots of great parks and woods around!

The house has a very friendly atmosphere. My current housemates are up for doing things together as a house (e. g. pub quizzes) but also respect that you’d have your own things going on.
