We have a double room available in our sociable house share in the centre of Chapel Allerton, available from Saturday 6th December. The room is a decent sized double that comes with a chest of drawers, a bedside table, and a wardrobe. You would be sharing a large bathroom with two other housemates. The bills currently add up to approximately £120 per person per month.
The house is closely located to the heart of Chapel Allerton, with shops and bars only a few minutes walk away! Easy access to the city centre which is a mere 15 minute bus ride into town.
We are 3 young professionals with two of us in a mix of working in the office and working from home. We're all sociable and tidy people looking for someone similar to move in with us. We enjoy socialising as a house both on nights out and nights in, but also appreciate each other's space. Our current housemate is moving back home, and we would love for someone with similar interests to us to come join us!
