Master bedroom short term take over

Lovely house in the heart of Chapel Allerton, 2 minute walk from a park, Aldi and multiple pubs restaurants and much more!

About me:
I am going travelling for 3 months and looking for someone to take over my tenancy short term from approx 22/12 - 12/04 (exact dated can be negotiated)
There is the potential to stay full time in another room as one of our other house mates needs to move for work around Jan/Feb.

Living with 3 friends (2F, 1M) all young professionals working mon-fri 9-5. All very friendly and sociable with lots of different hobbies; music, art, chilling in and going to local pub on an evening. On weekends we enjoy going trips away, hikes, local swim spots.

Very cheap rent, around £320 a month; all bills working out at approx £110 a month ATM, all split evenly.

It is a lovely social and chilled house, we have all lived here a while.
