The council tax and bills, utility, water, and broadband are not included in the price of the room per month, but roughly works out to £125 per month. This brings the total to £537 per month inclusive and is a bargain for anyone looking for quick access to the city & also the vibrant creative community of Chapel Allerton.
Chapel Allerton has great transport links to the city centre, and also plenty of shops, cafe’s, hobby spots (canteen was a favourite) and Aldi and Lidl in close proximity to the flat for food shops.
