Communal access to the garden area, with a lovely view of nature from each window in the flat. The living room is spacious, with a well fit kitchen (oven, washing machine, fridge/freezer, extraction fan and new electric hob) and two bathrooms (one with shower, the other with a bath and skylight). These areas are communal but you will have your own cosy corner with a double bed and wardrobe to make your own. Both flatmates currently are working professionals and are looking for a friendly, tidy and fun professional to take my place in the agreement. This room is available with 2 months notice per the tenancy agreement. The council tax and bills, utility, water, and broadband are not included in the price of the room per month, but roughly works out to £125 per month. This brings the total to £537 per month inclusive and is a bargain for anyone looking for quick access to the city & also the vibrant creative community of Chapel Allerton.

Chapel Allerton has great transport links to the city centre, and also plenty of shops, cafe’s, hobby spots (canteen was a favourite) and Aldi and Lidl in close proximity to the flat for food shops.
