The room is £400 pcm exc. bills which are approx. £140 a month (including WiFi and council tax). The flat has two bathrooms and a lovely spacious loft living room. You’ll be sharing with two other girls (Becca & Alice) who are looking for another female flatmate who’s ideally 25+ and neat and tidy:)

The flat is a short walk away from Chapel Allerton high street with lots of cute cafés, bars and independent shops as well as Lidl and Aldi. It’s also a few minutes away from buses into Leeds centre.
