Lovely Double Room to Rent in the Methleys

A bright and spacious double room is available in a fantastic shared house in the heart of Methley, Chapel Allerton. I'm only moving out because I've had an offer accepted on my own house, otherwise I'd happily stay!

The house is spread over three floors, giving everyone plenty of space. It has a large kitchen and dining area, a separate and comfortable living room, plenty of storage throughout the house, and a bathroom with both a bath and a separate shower.

The location is excellent, with shops, cafés, and other local amenities just a short walk away. There's also a bus stop right outside the house with regular buses into Leeds city centre.

I've lived here since December and have really enjoyed my time. The other two housemates are both easy-going guys, and over the months they've become genuine friends rather than just people I live with. It's a relaxed, welcoming house with a great atmosphere.

The landlord is brilliant, lives locally, and is always quick to maintain the property whenever needed.


I'm flexible with my move-out date, so I can work around what suits you, but ideally late August/mid September.
