Bus stops are right at the bottom of the street and the service (for number 2 / 3 / 3A) to the city-centre is frequent (10 minutes away) + service 36 to Harrogate / Ripon.

• a sizeable lounge / dining room with leaded glass bay window

• two double bedrooms

• a bathroom to share with white three piece suite
