We are looking for professional, 26 - 35 friendly, tidy and considerate person to live with :) We are a mix of "all female" professionals, teacher, medics, etc

**LOCATION: Probably the best road in Chapel A, fabulously located and not overlooked at the front and 2 mins away from the buzz of Chapel A. Its a 2 min walk from transport links to Leeds.
2 mins walk to fab restaurants inc award winning Sukhothai, Olive Tree, The woods restaurant, Starbucks and too many to name. Also delis, and supermarkets and boutique shops.

On the busroute into Leeds city centre (10 mins) and out into Harrogate centre too. Buslinks to hospitals too. Best location in Leeds, safer area with trendy urban village feel.

House is really nice and well maintained. Inc a twice-monthly cleaner. All mod cons, dishwasher, wash dryer, wifi is super fast sky. No extra bills .
