Awesome House Share - Chapel Allerton

Hey Spareroom Folk,

Keely and Dave are looking for housemate (as ours is being a real grown up and moving into his own place) in Chapel A. We are located in the heart of Chapel Allerton on the main road so great for hopping on to a bus into town and also for all of the local amenities.

I work in TV, which involves long hours (so I might not be seen for days on end!) and Dave works hard for the NHS. Because of our jobs, weekdays tend to be quiet and at the weekends we are often out and about doing our own thing.

Looking for someone who is friendly, sociable and independent but definitely not someone who is wanting house parties every weekend as we're too long in the tooth for that!

We're both fairly laid back, so looking for someone similar. Any questions, shout!
