Hi I’m Kate and I am currently looking for a new housemate to share this absolute gem two bedroom flat located right in the heart of Chapel Allerton :)

As an area this is a great place to live and the flat is situated just a few minutes walk from the heart of Chapel A's busy cafés, bars, restaurants and parks with Leeds city centre less than 10 mins away!

The flat is located on the second floor in a quite leafy area and is refurbished to a high standard with real wooden flooring, new kitchen and large double glazed windows giving it a bright, modern and cosy feel.

As its just two bedrooms this is perfect for those who are not looking for a big houseshare and the flat comes with outside parking as well as speedy 50Mb broadband.

So a bit about me, I am a young professional who has lived in Chapel Allerton for a number of years. I enjoy eating out, socialising, cooking as well as a glass of wine curled up in front of the TV (love my Netflix).

I am ideally looking for a professional female housemate who enjoys hanging out in front of the TV and going for a couple of drinks every now and then.
