John, Lydia and Alex seek new housemate

The room for rent is a double and shares a bathroom with 2 of current of housemates.
There is also a living room and large kitchen with dining area.
The house is located in Chapel Allerton, 5 minutes walk from the shops, pubs and restaurants with Lidl just around the corner. There is on street parking with no permit required. The bus stop is 300 yards from the house with quick access into Leeds city centre. All bills are included in the monthly rent and there are no agency fees.
