I have previously lived at the property for over 10 years and so it has been cared for and maintained/upgraded to an excellent level. This includes a large walk in shower and huge open plan kitchen living room, spare room and two WCs.

Both current tenants are very active, creative, friendly and tidy. They enjoy making each other a cuppa, chit chat and the odd meal together.
