We're looking for one or two professionals/postgrads to share our house. We've had diverse and interesting lodgers to stay over the last ten years, and made some good friends as a result.

We both work in design and making - on buildings, furniture, art and weaving. A lot of the summer is also spent growing tomatoes and flowers.

The double rooms are in great condition and are carefully fitted out.

The house is a large, well equipped, Victorian terrace on a quiet street in Chapeltown.

It's a short walk to the centre of Chapel Allerton, a quick commute into the city, and really convenient for LGI and St James hospitals and the central university campuses.

- 2 bathrooms with high pressure showers (one bath)
- 3 toilets
- kitchen, sitting room, dining room, utility room
- broadband, tv licence and utility bills included
- dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, freezer, large fridge (all Miele)
- back yard, with decking, barbecue and shed!

Also, if you're a musician there's a great Yamaha upright piano.
