We have a large en-suite double bedroom about to become available on the first floor of our lovely, chilled Chapeltown home.
The house is light and airy, with a large living room, fully equipped kitchen and a small, sunny back yard.
The house has excellent travel links to get into the centre by bus in under 20 minutes and plenty of on street parking if you have a car.
There are plenty of shops and amenities on the doorstep, including a Tesco Extra 5 minutes drive/25 minutes walk away - plus lovely Chapel Allerton just up the road.
We are a friendly, easy going household and would love to fill the room with someone likeminded.
We don’t have pets but the house seems to attract them so we do have a couple of neighbour cats who come and go as they please (not in your room if you don’t want though), so someone animal-friendly would be ideal!
