Looking for a queer housemate in LS7

Housemate wanted!

Hello! I’m looking for someone to fill a room in my house of 3 in Chapeltown LS7 from Jan 6. Rent is £335/month plus bills (£102.57/month currently). Would like to live with someone queer, clean, not a cis man, and in their 30s+. Unfortunately I’m allergic to cats but dogs are very much welcome! Located just off Chapeltown Road near CC Continental, good transport links to town. Please note we smoke 🍁 in the house so only looking for people who are happy with this.

The house is 3 stories plus basement. There is a living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom with bath/shower, 3 bedrooms, an office/clothes drying room and a front garden. Plenty of storage space in the basement which is also kind of a workshop. I work from home in the office on Mondays, otherwise it is free. There’s a futon for when people come to stay. There are 5 steps up to the front of the house and two steps to the back. Benefits welcome :)

Rent includes a cleaner coming once a month.

I am: in my 30s, non-binary, work for the NHS, chill, clean. I do drag, wrestling and climbing in my spare time. The other housemate is also a nurse and likes wild swimming. Not a party house but we are friends, hang out and watch TV etc. The bedroom is furnished – there is a bed and a set of drawers, all the common spaces are furnished. Contract is rolling as long as you give me 6 weeks’ notice when leaving :)

I own the house so if something is broken I will fix it! You’re welcome to customise your room to your taste – paint, put up shelves etc.

Looking to live with someone clean and tidy who doesn't need to be reminded to do their bit around the house.
