Hi all, I'm looking for a tenancy takeover for my apartment in Chapeltown. It's a bright and lovely place – there was just another apartment I had originally applied for that I really wanted & just became available.

Location:
Quiet street just off Chapeltown Road.
- 10 minutes' walking from Northern School of Contemporary Dance
- 15 minutes biking from University of Leeds
- 15 minutes biking / 20 minutes bus to City Center

Room:
Bright south-facing room on the top floor, gets direct sunlight! Plenty of space for yoga / a couch / more furniture if you want. Comes with dresser, smaller nightstand, bed, desk, chair, sheets, pillow, duvet, + cover.

Apartment:
4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, really big dining room, and outdoor patio space! Bills (TV wifi water heat electricity tax) are all included, plus there's a monthly cleaning service for the common spaces included as well! (wow!) Wifi extenders throughout so the service is good. Washing machine has actual drying settings, so you don't need to hang your clothes 🤩

Roommates:
Currently John lives there, very kind professional in his 20's who batch cooks some pretty good smelling food!
