Hello I am currently looking for two housemates. I have two double rooms available. I am a 25 year old gay man and work 5 days a week. I have a small cat that does his own thing. Looking for 2 house mates who are friendly looking to share the home.
Beautiful garden and only 2 min walk to train station making it only a 5 minute journey to Leeds. I enjoy having some time in the sun maybe a BBQ and relaxing.
New build home with the two double rooms available with a bathroom to be used only for that floor. Internet throughout, rooms currently not furnished but will furnished upon moving in as I did not want to choose a bed or furniture that you may not like =) Each floor has a toilet or bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen with washer dryer, new fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and even a slushie machine and a lounge area to relax and watch Sky TV on the 55" screen. Sky available in each room upon request. All Bills included.
