Double bed in churwell to rent

Hi,

I'm Bry, a working professional with a lovely spare room to rent in a house share I've just moved into! The house is in churwell which is a super cute area really close to transport links and motorways. It's right near a brand new jd gym which is amazing and also white rose shopping centre.

The room will be furnished with a clothes rail, cool grey ikea bed frame, mattress, chest of drawers and 2 bedside tables. I can be flexible removing some of this furniture if needed though and there is plenty of storage in the basement.

I work all over but mainly in wetherby so usually get back around 6.30 on an evening and love to have a chilled one. I'm usually out and about on weekends but also very into having a night in with a dirty pizza and a good film.

The bills are the only extra cost so i just need to figure them out this week! Probably will be about £100 per month.
