There is also a station at Cottingley within walking distance from the house with connections to the main train Leeds station and beyond. A new station should be completed soon at the bottom of tge hill near Millshaw. Regular busses go to Morley and Leeds.

Morrisons and Asda are in Morley and there is a small Tesco Express in the village open till 23:00 on a night only a 10-minute walk from the house.

A gardener comes each fortnight during the summer included in the rent.

A minimum six-month tenancy agreement is required. Deposit will be kept in a Deposit protection scheme.
