Professional male/live in landlord, hoping to find a friendly lodger.

The room is in a spacious 4 bedroom house and so isn't the typical crowded house share (no other rooms are rented). The kitchen is large, fully equipped and leads onto a nice garden with seating. The lounge is large, comfy and comes with an 85" wide screen.

The bedroom is a recently decorated good size double with a large ensuite. It also comes furnished, including TV, wardrobe etc, with room for a desk (don't mind if you need to WFH a day or so a week).

Parking is available on the cul-de-sac immediately outside the property with additional parking nearby.

The house is clean/modern/spacious with really easy access to Leeds Centre via car, bus & rail. Morley Town Centre and the White Rose Shopping Centre are also a few minutes away by car. The M62 & M1 motorways are also easily accessible.

I keep a very tidy house, can be sociable but always respect personal space, and have had a couple of lodgers over the past 6 years. Most importantly, my ideal housemate will look after and respect their (our) home.
