I prefer short terms stays only (eg contractors).
I only rent the rooms out for week day stays (e. g. Sunday arrive to Friday depart or Tuesday arrive Thursday depart etc...) but will approve the odd weekend under exceptional circumstances.
No pets or couples .
Also because I work from home you would need to be out of the house during the day (between 9am and 5pm) so it wouldn't suit night workers.
If you are interested send me a message outlining purpose of your stay, proposed length of stay (i. e.1 week), the days you wish to stay (i. e. Monday to Friday 4 nights), which room you prefer (double or single), and confirm you are out of the room between the hours of 9am-5pm (thank you in advance).

Sophisticated 3 bedroom detached house near centre of Cleckheaton tucked away in private, conservative, upmarket cul di sac. Situated next to the M62, M621 and M1 links (chainbar) and a 2 minute walk to the bus station. Nearest train stations are Low Moor, Mirfield and Dewsbury. It is also a minutes walk away from the town and to the supermarkets, shops, library and pubs. Lovely, clean, tidy, upmarket house with expensive furniture and well decorated. Past tenants have enjoyed living here and I have repeat custom.
The single room to rent is relatively newly furnished with a new carpet. The Room has white french themed furniture and a relatively new divan single bed white fresh white bedding. The TV in room comes with freeview and dvd player. The room includes all bills and access to communal areas I. e. kitchen and bathroom and WIFI.
The second room to rent has a double bed and also white relatively new white furniture. Located at the other side of the house it is more private. It comes with free view tv /dvd and also includes all bills and WIFI.
This is a very tidy, clean, organised and quiet house. I am a professional lady and I am looking for very clean, tidy, organised and quiet lodgers to reside here. You would also need to help out and maintain the cleanliness of the communal areas.
If you wish to book the room in advance over two weeks, you would be required to provide a deposit.
This is 'rent a room' not a 'house share' although you do have access to communal areas i. e. kitchen and bathroom.
I have a well behaved dog.
I have taken in delegates from the local training provider (Brookhouse) for many years as it is a short walk to the training venue.
