Cleckheaton - looking for female lodger.

Hi. I have a large room available in my home for a working female (full time employment and not work from home), Quiet and relaxed household in likewise location, close access to Cleckheaton town centre and bus station, M62 and routes to Leeds, Dewsbury, Brighouse and Bradford. I am looking for someone that is easy to get on with, keeps a clean and tidy home and is considerate to other household members. Sorry, this isn't a party househould. Shared rooms are: bathroom (bath & shower), kitchen and living/dining room. On street parking and garden. Occasionally, have relative's cat/dog stay whilst they are holidaying/visiting (in case you have allergies).
