Cleckheaton - room for 1 female (not HMO)

Hi. I have a large room available in my home for a working female, Quiet and relaxed household in likewise location, close access to Cleckheaton town centre and bus station, M62 and routes to Leeds, Dewsbury, Brighouse and Bradford. I am looking for someone that is easy to get on with, keeps a clean and tidy home and is considerate to other household members. Sorry, this isn't a party househould. Shared rooms are: bathroom (bath & shower), kitchen and living/dining room. On street parking and garden. Occasionally, have relative's cat/dog stay whilst they are holidaying/visiting (in case you have allergies).
