I am a friendly, easy going teacher offering my spare double room for rent. This is available now. This is in a perfect location for professionals working Halifax, Brighouse, Leeds, Bradford or Huddersfield. £70 required per month for bills.

I have broadband and you will have access to washing/drying facilities including a tumble drier.

There is some on street parking and it is close to the town centre and the M62.

I have a small, recently renovated, courtyard which is lovely when it is sunny.

There is plenty of storage room in the bedroom with a massive wardrobe!

I can offer a relaxed comfortable home. I don't expect a cleaner, just to share cleaning and to try keep the house tidy.
