Spare room in Cookridge

I am looking to rent my double room, bills included, in a quiet cul-de-sac in Cookridge. The double room would come fully furnished.

There is a large living room area, a large kitchen and garden to the rear. There is a shared bathroom, with bath and shower.

My home is 5 minutes walk away from Horsforth train station. There are close local amenities, by foot or by car. There is ample parking for two cars on the driveway.

I live with my Labrador, therefore you must be comfortable around large dogs. Unfortunately, I won't be accepting any other pets.
