House share with owner - Horsforth/Cookridge area

My place is 5 minutes walk from the Horsforth train station, in Cookridge/Tinshill. Three bus services stop nearby: 6, 19 and 50A.
It is a modest 2 bed semi-detached in a family area, with back garden, driveway for two cars and virgin media broadband.

Double room, furnished, with built-in wardrobe, and neutral decor.
Sorry no ensuite however there is a WC downstairs in addition to the bathroom upstairs (same level as room available).

Deposit £200, rent £310, bills work out about £100pcm depending on your council tax status.

I work away so want to find someone with a mature outlook that will look after the place Monday-Friday and some weekends.
