Double room in female only home

I'm a laid back live in landlord with a friendly home i share. It’s in a quiet courtyard in Crofton, near wintersett resevoir lots of countryside walks but just off Crofton high street so not cut off and close to all amenities. It's just a couple of miles from Wakefield city centre and roughly the same to Pontefract.

A modern fully furnished 3 storey house finished to a high standard throughout, has a dishwasher :)and includes all bills, Wifi fibre Broadband, etc.

The Living room has access to the balcony over looking the garden to the rear, the house has an open plan kitchen diner with access to contemporary garden, nice to relax in the hammock in summer!

I have my own space with ensuite on the top floor so the house bathroom is yours to share. There is also a W/C on the ground floor.
I am looking for a considerate, clean and tidy, trustworthy housemate.

About me i like to go to the gym, go out walking, watch movies, drink gin/wine and go out with friends but it's not a mad party house, more chilled and laid back.
