The price includes all bills with access to the internet, wifi and Sky Q. The bedroom also has a brand new double bed/mattress, wardrobe, drawers and bed side table.
The rent will be paid on the 1st of every month for that month or weekly if that’s easier for you.
The tenant should to be clean, generally tidy, considerate and easy to get on with. Oh and up for the occasional beer.
