Pets - I have a cat so this property is not suitable for people allergic to cats.
Music - An upright piano is also available, if you are a music student.
Rules - Strictly no smoking, no additional pets welcome, no drugs, no parties. It's a quite household and we prefer to keep it that way ;-)
