Single bedroom.

Hi.

I have a fully furnished single room available for rent on a Monday to Friday let.

The room has a lot of storage, and a bed with the bedding provided. There is full use of the kitchen, sunroom and lounge. The room mate is welcome to leave their belongings in their room over the weekends.

The house has off road parking, a large garden and wifi. There is easy access to motorways and it is only an 8 minute train ride to Leeds city centre. There are several local buses that go directly into Leeds.

I am clean and tidy, and keep the house well maintained. I am sociable but also respect people's need for privacy. As I work evening shifts and some weekends I am not always around.
