Nice house, big garden, close to town

Nice house, bills included, walking distance to leeds centre. Gym round the corner (200m) and there is enough space in the house to WFH if you need to.

Looking for 5/6 months minimum term / to the end of Jan 2025 with option to extend longer.

Currently there are 2 other housemates (both female although 1 is moving out at end of September when another room becomes available)
From Jan 2025 the owner (me) will be moving back in along with a 60kg Mastiff dog, so if you intend to stay longer than Jan, must be comfortable with dogs...
