Studio Flat - 6 Month Lease takeover

Hello, I'm looking someone to take over my lease from December 2019 until the end of May 2020. I'm open to some flexibility if you need to move in earlier. I will pay for any admin fees for the swap, the rent is £525 a month with a £605 bond. The flat is a spacious studio at Echo Central Two on cross green lane. The flat is within walking distance to the city and only a stones throw away from Leeds dock. The flat comes furnished, there are only a few items in the pictures which are mine. But again, I'm open to discussion if there any items you really want.
