2bed Nr City Centre!!!

I am furnished with Bills included: gas, electric, water and c/tax, I am lucky to have a fitted kitchen and bathroom with good size double rooms. I am only a couple of minutes from a bus stop on York rd or a 10 minute walk to the city centre. My walls are white with grey carpet. There is a fenced in patio to the back if you fancy a spot of fresh air of sorts. I have some photos but some furniture may have changed. INTERESTED? Couples are welcome the price for a couple is £650. There is no deposit , you pay first and last month’s rent. Come and have a look and a chat I am really friendly and welcoming.
