This is a double room with en suit.
Room comes with double bed, 1 set of bed side draws, large set of draws and mirrored wardrobe. The flat has two sets of double doors in the living room and a Juliet balcony.
The flat is 15 minute walk from call lane (town centre) so it is very central and around 20 minutes from the train station.
The rent is currently 950 a month and because I have the en suit I pay 500 and my flatmate pays 450. There is a chance the rent may go up when we renew the tenancy as last time they put it up by £50 a month.
Bills come to around £175 each a month. This includes parking space, council tax, wifi, electric and water. If you do not need a parking space then potentially this could be removed as my flat mate doesn’t drive so would be open to no longer having the parking space. The parking space is £70 a month.
My house mate is very easy going and super fun. She works from the office 3 days a week Tuesday-Thursday and works from home Monday and Friday.
My tenancy technically finishes 11Oct24 but I would like to move out sooner. Once I find someone that is interested in the room, I will reach out to the landlord and ask for the tenancy to swap over into your name. My housemate is looking to stay for another year to a year and a half so please take that into consideration.
