Hi! I’m Callum, a 27-year-old graduate originally from Newcastle. I’ve been living in Leeds for the past three years and have been in this flat for almost two. I currently work as a floor manager at a bar in Leeds. Although I work in hospitality, my shifts aren’t particularly late, my latest finish is usually around midnight.
My previous flatmate has recently moved out to live with their partner, so I’m looking for someone to take over their room. The tenancy is on a rolling monthly basis, offering a bit of flexibility. Rent is currently £500 per month, increasing to £550 from July due to planned external building work. The rent includes all bills and council tax (£700).
I’m ideally looking for a like-minded, considerate person — profession doesn’t matter as long as we respect each other and the space.
The room is well presented, fully furnished with a wardrobe, drawers, bedside table, and additional under-bed storage. It also benefits from a private en-suite, offering excellent privacy.
I do have a pet cat in the flat. She’s fully litter-trained, very clean, and extremely affectionate. You wouldn’t be expected to look after her at all, but it would definitely be a bonus if you’re a cat lover. I hoover almost daily to keep on top of any stray cat hair, so the flat is kept tidy.
