Double room within walking distance of city centre

I have a double room available in a block of modern flats within walking distance of the city centre. I work in hospitality so work late most days, so anyone who can be respectful with noise in the early mornings would be ideal. The room is fully furnished with plenty of storage and I have an en suit so the main bathroom is all yours. I am looking for someone of just a short term let. Ideally 3 months.

I have a small indoor cat called George who keeps herself to herself and is well house trained. You will barely notice she is there.

I'm looking for someone who is pretty laid back, being able to chill out most days and generally being respectful of each others space. Although I'm up for watching films, cooking and having a couple drinks together whenever we get chance.
