Nice house, bills included, walking distance to leeds centre. Gym round the corner (200m) and there is enough space in the house to WFH if you need to.

Looking for 3 months minimum term / to Jan 2025 with option to extend longer.

Currently there are 2 other housemates (both female)
From Jan 2025 the owner (me) will be moving back in along with a 60kg Mastiff dog, so if you intend to stay longer than Jan, must be comfortable with dogs...
