The individual room is spacious light and bright and modernly decorated. Your room is provided with a large wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, desk and chair as well as ample under-bed storage. There is very comfy bed and mattress so you will definitely have a fabulous nights sleep!

- Bills - What bills! -

ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED; council tax, gas, electricity, water, TV licence, and most importantly super fast broadband. You even get a cleaner to keep the communal spaces looking lovely!!

The house is literally a stone throw away from Crossgates train station and shopping centre with cafes, and eateries. You can get into Leeds City Centre in 6 minutes, or York and Manchester on the fast train, so it's perfect. There are multiple trains and buses to get you to anywhere you like, or you can drive straight onto the A64 / M1 in minutes. The house is on a lovely street with helpful neighbours.

The housemates are all super friendly and are working professionals doing a range of different jobs. We are sure they will welcome you to the house and make you feel part of the group in no time.

Being the agent/landlord to the beautiful house, we take pride in our houses and the service that we offer to our lovely tenants. We have NRLA house-share qualification so rest assured that you are in good hands.

To rent one of the rooms we only ask for a 6 months contract, a small deposit of £300 and a rental guarantor.
