Housemate for 2nd bedroom

Housemate required (but only if I find the right person). I work away so I may not be around for long periods which means you've got the place to yourself.
About the apartment; It's rather plush fully furnished with high ceilings and a large living room in an enclosed private setting. You will have your own parking spot. Gym and sauna access. Dewsbury train station is a 5-7 walk (ideally situated to commute on the trans-pennine route). Secure parking. You'll be on the first floor where the access is just this apartment with stunning views.
WiFi, Netflix, large flat panel TV, comfy leather sofas, all bills included. The bedroom has a double bed and storage. Bathroom is a 3 piece with shower.

About me; I'm a 45 year old professional, love cycling and socialising. I don't do clutter or a dirty living environment. Fine with all diet types but not pork.
