Large double room in big house - ideal WFH

I recently bought a really lovely old house in Dewsbury and I'm looking to rent out the spare room.

It's technically a 5 bedroom house but it's just me and my two cats. Looking to rent the other big bedroom, keep the third as a spare room/guitar room and the the other two rooms are in the attic and are more office spaces than bedrooms really.

It'd be an ideal home for someone who works from home some or all of the time as you could have one of the office rooms in the attic as well as the bedroom for the right person.

The bedroom is currently pink and in need of redecorating. I'll do that or you can do that, happy to let someone pick a colour or just do it more neutral. Comes furnished but currently have an extra bed so your choice which double bed you want to keep. The box bed with drawers or the wooden frame. Brand new mattress either way. Also a lovely retro sink unit in the corner and plenty of cupboard/wardrobe storage.

The rest of the house consists of a massive living room with really high ceilings throughout, awesome dining room which I've turned into a kind of cocktail bar vibe (I'm really into my cocktail making), great kitchen with 5 hob gas range cooker and a big basement with plenty of storage space. There's also a nice big garden out back and off street parking for two to three cars.

You have to like cats to fit in here. Not in a crazy cat person way just bear in mind they're there and I do need someone who's happy to take care of them when I'm away for work. They're pretty low maintenance and come and go as they please.

As for me I work in live music so I can be a bit of a night owl at times but not disruptively so. I love to cook and generally feed people/make them drinks so that's a bonus. I'm also a keen PC gamer since lockdown got me back into it so another gamer would be ace but by no means necessary. I'm generally a bit of a sci-fi and fantasy geek who hides it well by working in rock n roll...

The house is great for commuting to Leeds or Wakefield by car or by train. Dewsbury station is less than a five minute walk away and has direct lines to Leeds, Wakefield and Manchester.
