I’ve rented this out for a two years now and the time has come for my current tennant to move on.

From here you can access the upstairs balcony which has seating over the garden for coffees/ food in the summer.

Large tv, Apple TV and Netflix that you can use at anytime.

Parking out the front and lots of green areas to walk just over the road for dog walks

Bus and train links within a mile if you use them also.
