Our previous lodger lived in the attic for 25 years so we've now bought new cooking equipment ready for you to make it your home too. There's a double induction hob, set of 5 pans, TV, microwave, oven, tiny fridge and tiny freezer, 2 seater sofa, table with 4 chairs, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a double bed. The floor has a new carpet, too. The room mas plenty of natural light from the Velux window, and looks out over the trees in our garden. The bathroom is on the floor below and is shared. The rent is £500 pcm plus a £500 bond is needed before you can move in. You can also enjoy the garden on a sunny day, where there is plenty of seating!
