I have a comfortable double room to rent in relaxed and friendly large three bed property for professional person.

The bedroom is fully furnished with wardrobe,
drawers, storage facilities and divan bed. Bedding is provided.

Shared facilities which are centrally heated include bathroom with bath and shower above, large kitchen with usual facilities, washer, fridge/ freezer etc and large TV lounge with log burning stove.

The property is WF12 7AB which is near to main motorway networks of M1 and M62 and within walking distance of bus and train station with direct networks to Leeds and Huddersfield.

I have one friendly dogs so any sharer would need to be dog approved lol.
