Room to rent in gorgeous manor house in Dewsbury

Hi, we are a chilled and easy going couple looking for a like-minded person to live with.

We are not mushy at all and really easy to get on with. I am 21, and doing my teacher training at Leeds Uni, and my partner James is doing his police training. James will be out a lot on shifts so I'm looking for someone I can chill with in the evenings.

Unfortunately there is only one bathroom, but James takes like 30 second showers and I always shower in the evenings so it shouldn't interrupt any morning routine you may have.

We have a small dog (a Pom-a-Pug) but she is absolutely fine with other people and animals if you also have a pet.

We are currently in a beautiful manner house located close to the station on a private road with four bedrooms, a bathroom with separate shower, a living room, dining room and large kitchen. We are looking to rent one of the rooms (or two if needed) to someone who is chilled, tidy and easy to get a long with.

Rent would be around £250 with bills being split equally each month. The bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished depending on what you need.
